"Easy late night check in and a delicious breakfast in the morning. The reception team were attentive and thoughtful - even offering a buffet take-away breakfast knowing we had an early flight back. "Lovely clean room & excellent location. Very quiet so good for sleeping. A fridge would have been nice & they were stingy with the coffee . Plus there wasn’t a proper shower however bath was excellent & overlooked St Mary’s church so had a lovely view whilst bathing. Comfy beds & would overall recommend a stay here."

"In pieno centro ad un prezzo ottimo. Gentilissimi, il giorno del check out abbiamo potuto lasciare gli zaini in reception in spazio apposito ripresi dopo per ripartenza con l'aereo. Lo consiglio. Unica peccato il ristorante messicano all'interno del piano terra, si sentiva l'odore del cibo fino al secondo piano. Noi avevamo camera al terzo, comunque credo che nelle camere non entri."

"The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact.
