"check in process was great. the hotel is VERY close to the beach, less than 5 mins walk. rooms were clean. included breakfast was fantastic. pool and pool area was awesome. highly recommend."

"This hotel is fantastic! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, quiet, great location, pet friendly, breakfast, free parking, and a wonderful home away from home. Each room has its own personality and decor. "Positives: Loved the amenities! Loved the bar, and the incredible access to the beach. The ability to ride bikes for free was nice and the cabanas were very relaxing. I don't have kids, but I loved the activities that were lined up for children involvement. The pool was remarkable and the bed is comfy.

"The pullout sofa mattress in my room should be replaced due to cleanliness. also the mini fridge was horrific and barely kept anything cold. Along with the fact, you could hardly get anything in there.
On the day, they were to clean my room and make bed. All they did was leave some fresh towels. They did not make the bed or replace my coffee. I had to call down to front desk. "I own a condo on the island, but when we arrived the HVAC was not working….on a Friday night. It was too hot to stay there. I looked around the island and found this property. I was perfect because my son and his friend was with us, so it accommodated us. I booked it and arrived in 15 minutes. The front desk clerk was ready when I got there with keys. She was very helpful, explaining the property. I would recommend Sea Palms to anyone after this experience."
