"Lift stoped working and there was no coffee, tea or milk provided in rooms for use. First room I was sent to wasn’t even clean and we had booked two nights but only got one towel provided and the shower screen door was broken so when you showered water went all over the floor which made it a safety issue There is a restaurant open during certain hours but is high in price so may want to try and get food elsewhere"

"Paid for a balcony room overlooking the resort and got a ground floor looking at a side road.The manager couldn't care less, no apology and kept saying we should have watched the video on their web page. What the picture showed and what i got wasnt what i paid for so that was false advertising and it wasnt cheap.Could hear what the people in the next room were talking about and had people stomping on the floor all hours of the night above us so didn't sleep very well. "The place was a bit dirty on arrival ,benches ,tables etc hadn't been wiped down since the last people stayed had crumbles on the tea table & kitchen Benches, had sticky residue on the dining table from a drink of some sort and hair in the shower. Check in was easy going , communication good. Property a bit more worn then in the photos. Also if you are planning to stay some time or cook ensure to prepare for the basics like salt ,oil, cleaning spray and wipe etc absolutely nothing on site."

"The apartment was light, airy and spacious.It had all the basics but some additional tea towels and paper products would have been handy in the kitchen. Good view from the balcony but quite noisy with construction going on next door. The facilities at the property were well maintained. A nice pool, spa and BBQ area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, one block to the beach and a 5-10 minute walk to the main drag of Surfers."
