"On arrival on the May 30/we we were asked what day we would like our room cleaned. So I told her that June 1 St would work for us. We went out and came back at 4pm and our room was not cleaned . No one showed up for the rest of the evening . So why bother asking when we want our room cleaned? Next day for breakfast I noticed all the bananas were extremely soft and rotten inside. "Very unpleasant stay. The "security" was extremely rude when I asked for help. He was on his phone while I spoke to and ignored my presence and concern. I was unable to check out after waiting for 30 minutes while the front desk was "in the bathroom". The room floor was not cleaned, various items on the floor."

"Out of the four days of my stay there, my room was only clean twice. I had to go get my own towels, coffee, cups, and trash bags.
