"Communal stairs in need of a hoover , cups were all dirty inside and when we asked for another one for the third person that cup had all dried sugar in the bottom . The bathroom had been updated but the rest of the room was run down , wallpaper hanging off and trouble locking and unlocking the door . Games room had 3 things working and the rest broken. Didn’t have breakfast so I couldn’t review on that . Bed was good. "

"Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and Tower. We booked just a basic room , but it had everything we needed, a clean shower room a very comfortable bed and a wardrobe.Some areas could do with an update but overall a nice hotel and.the staff were.very nice and friendly.I would book to stay here again."

"Excellent place to stay, everything about place was great. Building a little tired, but clean and very comfy new bed. I would always choose The Viking when going back to Blackpool, and entertainment was really good. "

"Nice hotel, easy check-in and easy access to the beaches and other attraction areas with bus and tram, which the kids love, and a good environment to stay for a large family. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. We were so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. Our stay was perfect."

"The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed over the weekend and there was a wedding on both the Friday and Saturday but there was no problem with the noise. But on the Saturday the staff were under pressure and when we went to the bar to get a drink after dinner we were told we would have to wait as he was busy doing something else, when 15 minutes had passed we went back to the bar, ordered some drinks and an Irish coffee when it finally arrived it was...

"Room 206 has the most comfortable four poster bed, i slept like a log every night. We usually just stay Room only, but occasionally we chose breakfast and dinner and neither options disappointed. There was entertainment each night.
