"Our stay here was great. Firstly the negative, please ensure you liaise with the hotel if you have any level ground access requirements as these are not clearly posted or described. Secondly the halls are a little narrow and dated but this doesn’t reflect on our stay. The level of service upon arrival was nothing short of exceptional. When asked about disability entrance, a member of the team happily left their station of serving evening meals to personally walk us to the entrance and escort us...
