"The cabin/cottages were nice, and updated. The restaurant Palomino and main building is getting dated and service is falling off.
The breakfast was great as usual and most staff is friendly.
Wifi is terrible and non-accessible or very slow at best"

"Debbie on reception was lovely. We arrived at 10:30pm. We went to the bar where the bartender told us he would have to open the till and we would have only one drink as he was closing, Floor tile cracked on bathroom floor and no facecloths in bathroom.
The mattress was very poor quality."

"The room was clean and bed comfortable. Nice decor in the room.
Evening meal food was excellent. Breakfast was disappointing, not cooked to the same standard of the evening food.
Dog friendly. Huge carpark. Fabulous position with views over the bay.
Just be aware its a mile past the centre of Helensburgh and it's a lovely walk into town."
