"Be warned to expect $25 fee for parking. This was not spelled to us when it should have been. Restaurant/bar is closed except for breakfast. Dine-in room service was available but very poor. Lasagne was small and luke warm; pie looked and tasted as if been in warmer all day. Desserts were lovely. Elec jug needed replaced as was in a disgusting state. Replaced with new one very quickly."

"Location was perfect. Right by restaurants and shops. Parking also available. Two bedroom unit was good Instructions left for TV which is always helpful and there was a radio. Unit was quite cold when we first arrived but by the next day was warm. Also electric blankets on beds. Need those in Dunedin in winter. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again."
