"It wasn’t a good experience from arrival. We understand that there’s flooding in Dubai. No guidance or email to let us know of alternative route and where to park. We ended up searching for few hours to get into the Ibn Battuta Mall. We tried calling the hotel gor guidance but no answer at all. We had to park the back of Ibn Battuta Mall, waiting for another half an hour for available spot. We had to drag our luggages inside the whole mall to get to the hotel.
