"Stayed in room 111. The sink in the bathroom was a total disgrace, it was severely cracked and heavily stained. The heating system did not work correctly. The carpet in the room was torn and wrinkled. There was a strong chlorine smell in the hallway near our room and in the lobby, originating from the pool area. "The bed sagged in the middle, the sheets and blankets and towels were worn thin. The pillows were not fluffy. There were dirty finger smudges on the walls around the bathroom light switch, door, and shower. There were brown flecks on the wall behind the toilet. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom.
