"Summary of property below, but here's my complaint. There was obvious a wedding party - all good, love weddings, celebrate, yay! Friday night, guests loud in the parking lot (below my room) and in the hallways, but dissipated quickly. Still woke me up.
Saturday night was a nightmare. Bass and sound kicked up enough at 1:30 AM that it woke me up. Called downstairs and I was supposed to know where the noise was emanating from...figure out it was from the party/ballroom, but suffered until 2:30 AM...

"This property was in a great location for us and that was it! We walked in the room and it smelled like dog! We brought air freshener thank God! The rest was horrible! The bathroom was so dirty that we didn't shower! Bathroom sink was dirty and hadn't been scrubbed for a while,the tub had thick mildew around handrail and soap scum everywhere! The clock and charging stand and the phones were covered in dust! One more thing the fire alarm was hanging from the wall! I'm 68 years old and climbing on...

"When we checked into the room, there was a large puddle of water leaking from humidifier due to cracked tank. Super small dorm fridge with shelves and door to freezer missing. Outlet cover was busted showing wiring. Hot tub was out of order entire week with the problem being as simple as, according to man at front desk, it needed a heating element.
