"Everything was perfect except for the few hours they disconnected the power the day after we arrived and it was a bit uncomfortable with the heat. It took a FPL almost 5 hours to get there. Besides that, everything else was great!"

"Besides being charged incorrectly THREE times, our overall experience at the hotel was still very good. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. My son and niece had an amazing time enjoying the water park and all the different activities the hotel offered for kids, which kept them entertained the entire trip. "Room, staff and beach were terrific.
Now to the negatives. The hotel charges $20 a day for guests to park which in itself is offensive. The general public (non guests) can park in the hotel parking lot as well for $20. So non guests pay the same amount to park as guests and take up parking spaces of paid guests. My first day there I sat in my car for over an hour waiting for a parking spot to open up. How does that make sense???? Hotel guests pay $11 per beach chair and umbrella. So 2 chairs...
