"We enjoyed our stay here. We've stayed at the Embassy Suites before, but at the Ashburn location. The one in Tysons is perhaps older than the one in Ashburn. The bedroom we were in felt a little cramped. There was a large dark-colored desk in the middle of the room separating the bed from the front door. "The shuttle bus driver was good and professional to help me get to the hotel. But when I was checking in, I was told I checked in already! 🤔. They made mistakes to check in someone else to my reservation and called them to come to the front desk at 12:30 Am to change room!! That was terrible!!
The room is clean and comfortable big bed. The window curtains can’t cover the windows completely, lights coming in from outside. I like sleeping in a dark room. Hope they can improve those."
