"I paid to stay at the property, so parking should have been included and should not have been charged separately. However, I was charged a self-parking fee, which I believe was applied in error. If the charge was intentional, then I strongly believe the hotel should reconsider this policy, as charging paying guests an additional fee for parking is unreasonable and detracts from the overall guest experience."

"Front Desk person was very unprofessional. I had a terrible experience at the Econo Lodge Metro in Arlington due to the front desk person’s awful behaviour. The person working the desk was incredibly rude, hostile, and treated us with zero respect when we were checking out and requested him to do our lunch in dining area. First he allowed to us then he did very rude behaviour and asked us to leave immediately in very loud voice. Motel should provide basic human decency. Save your money and stay...

"Got a good rate on Expedia for a well-rated hotel we stayed at ~10 yrs ago. Lobby is nice with a bar. No free breakfast. But there is quick coffee bar with a few food items. Self-parking was $18/night in an area you'd not expect it to be. Daily maid service=minimally furnished amenities/towels/etc. My one cup of coffee was ruined with curdled cream (husband's black coffee in noninsulated cup got cold quickly/no m/w); hair in tub which backed up; hair on bathroom floor; not much TP-didn't last 1...
