"The room was very clean and nice - with complementary water, tea and coffee. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and changed the towels. The breakfast also had good variety. The front desk staff member Carlos was very attentive, thorough, and kind, calling a taxi for us during our early checkout. The hotel’s location is also very convenient as it is near the metro station and is close to a Lidl supermarket and El Corte Ingles. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Helpful and accommodating staff, and the location is very central and convenient. The room was cleaned daily, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom felt outdated and could have been maintained better — there was noticeable mold, dust, and cleanliness issues. The slow drain was especially frustrating during our stay. We also noticed that the toilet did not seem thoroughly cleaned from previous guests. It’s a good idea to bring your own disinfectant wipes or cleaning supplies."

"Very local to all transport & central to city. The staff were helpful. The room&bathroom were very compact. Very claustrophobic infact. The beds are comfortable and water pressure was brilliant. Balconies are totally useless as an extra feature. A high glass protector over the railing so it feels more like a room than a balcony. Only chairs provided on balcony with NO table to enjoy the space. I didn't get to enjoy sitting out there & I wasted my money on it. Breakfast has enough to satisfy...
