"The hotel’s location is excellent, and the food deserves a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, the rooms were disappointing and did not justify the price paid.
The wooden floors creaked constantly throughout the day and night, both in my room and from neighbouring rooms, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The biggest issue, however, was the toilet. It did not flush properly, and waste would repeatedly reappear in the toilet bowl every 15–30 minutes. I reported the problem twice, but...

"We really enjoyed our stay with our pup here. The hotel looks out across the beautiful Loch Long, has plenty of parking and there were some lovely walks in easy distance from the property too. The staff at reception and the bar were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was a decent size with a great view. It wasn't perfectly clean but it was comfortable. We'd definitely come back again."

"We stayed in the pods. It is not loch view. They are in a garden. So there is no view other than the pods. The bathroom are so small so you have to remember to take the loo roll out before you shower because they will get wet.
Dinner was ok. And staff were good :)"
