"Arrived too warm welcome at reception.Able to access the room which was on the second floor and had a balcony looking towards the sea. The room is comfortable with air-conditioning the breakfast was superb Continental style is home-made bread and cakes unlimited tea and coffee pool has a small childrens area next to a small play area.The location is just across from grottemarre beach The hotel has parking for around about eight cars with two charging points. "Very good, helpful staff, great room, etc. Made us feel welcome. The only suggestion I would put forward is to make the need to book a parking place blatantly obvious, you know ... Like "Parking for Dummies" type of obvious. We got lucky as they had one available. Other than that we had a great overall experience."

"Collocato in zona tranquilla a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Reception e personale di sala a dir poco disponibie e professionale. Camere e bagni puliti ed adeguatamente dimensinati, terrazzini nelle camemere sicuramente un "plus". Parcheggio privato comodo."

"Property was very nice and clean. Couple of issues I had.1. We waited outside for an hour and half waiting to get in. I tried to call but no answer. Finally a neighbor came and let us in. They asked me to upload our passports to the site on Expedia but there is nowhere to upload it to. So without uploading we couldn’t get our room. We found the housekeeper who was able to upload the passports and get us into our rooms. It was frustrating but worth it. 2. The hot water tank is small, only enough...
