"Rented a room here specifically because of the waterside - which was not running because no staff was there to work it , well it was a Sunday mid morning. The kiddie pool was super cold, and the over amount of people in hot tub which was barely luke warm. "

"As always The Wren was an exceptional place to stay. Welcoming to pups and the employees who Checked us in and checked us out were friendly and fun to chat with. There was one exception. As we were leaving we asked for a towel from the front desk. Our dog had jumped in the river and we wanted to dry him off a bit before we got in the car. It looked as though the employees were having a meeting. One man looked at us and said, we only have towels with urine on them. We were taken aback a little....

"The hot tub wasn’t working which was most of the reason that I booked this hotel. There was SO much noise all night (like 9 PM through until 5 AM). There was a group of teenagers staying who quite literally screamed up and down the hallway, as well as directly outside of the first floor windows all night.
