"Excellent location, reasonable breakfast selection, excellent room service. However, decor of bedroom was lack lustre and dated, nothing like in the website pictures and the breakfast room a dingy blue windowless room at the back full of worn chunky old chairs. Having said that it was a reasonably comfortable stay after we had the old grey bed linen changed to (near) white!"

"The hotel is located conveniently. The service was courteous. First the positives: The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and all fixtures were clean and functioning.. Some of the concerns issues we faced: - after-hours check-in process is a problem as the hotel gates close and lights are turned off after hours. "I booked 5 days at hotel seawood on hotels.com. when I went there, reception told me that they have no room, we was discussing for 2 hours, finally, the guys told me that he has the room and receive me 41505 rupees for 5 days. When I stayed at 3 day, they let me migrate to another lower hotel saad, the condition was very hard, I think the price is lower than sawood. today, I'm checking out and waiting for 1 hour, due to the recption let saad hotel to make a part of invoice for me, I waited...

"This property located one of the prime location. Surrounding area of this property is not clean at all. I have found bed bug. Washroom is very narrow and metal towel rack has been placed in bad position. I got hit by towel rack and cut my forehead. When I requested front desk staff for band aid, I had to wait around 15mins as they had to run to the pharmacy to buy it for me."
