"Very friendly staffs without a lot of suprised "

"Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "

"Great 1st night stay in Bali. Room smelt a little musty. This was the only negative. Great pool. Superb buffet breakfast. I left my hoodie behind, didn’t realise for a few days. Contacted the hotel, they found it. Even had it nicely packaged when I returned to collect. Great service. Would definitely stay here again."

"The cleaning staff and garden maintenance kept the property spotless. The resort needs to control people putting towels on chairs near pool and then taking off for the day. The breakfast was average for a large resort but perhaps because it was like feeding time at the zoo with people pushing in to get their food. I suggest walking 5 minutes up the road to quite a few lovely restaurants and markets or go to Bali collection as the hotel food is way overpriced. The grande double room was amazing...

"Stayed with 2 kids - ages 2 and 5. We did not do the all inclusive option. Kids facilities were good, although indoor play area was old and felt dirty and very dark and dingy and kids pool and waterpark werent as new as the photos made out but still did the job - the kids loved it. Lazy river was a standout for us. Breakfast is fabulous with a great range of everything. Staff are attentive and the rooms in the main hotel were very very clean and newly decorated. "Wow. I didn’t want to come back home!!! Service outstanding!!! The staff was so so nice, literally everyone. Rupa was soooo helpful. I traveled as a woman solo and felt completely safe. I highly recommend and I will be back! Room very clean, staff outstanding, pool AMAZING, service impeccable!"

"Great location, very friendly staff, room was nice but a little old, tap shower came out. Pool very cold and very difficult to get in and out, rather dangerous with no railings. Food at restaurant was lovely and great breakfast with friendly staff."

"Second time stay for us and it was just as beautiful as we remember. The staff are amazing and very friendly. Used the gym this time and there was plenty of machines to use so lots of options. We had a poolside room with our own plunge pool which was amazing-the pool was packed this stay so definitely worked out we had our own little space to enjoy. Will definately be coming back!"
