"This is a great place to stay. It’s a simple place and not a luxury hotel by any means; however, it’s clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is small and they provide you with an option of two breakfast times (0700-0830 and 0830-1000). The underground parking is a bit tight; however we didn’t have any issues and we had a relatively large rental car by European standards. "Although there's no reception, the check in and check out was seamless and the guests is taken care of through communication via the messages. The nearest Billa supermarket was a plus and the bus stop just infront of the property. Aircon was not really cooling. Too bad for the scorching heat of Salzburg in July during our stay"

"We were in room 232 at the very end of the hallway so it was very quiet! The staff were friendly and helpful. We were provided free bus passes to help us get around the town. We would happily stay there again!"

"Beautiful property! Wonderful customer service. Breakfast was fantastic. As an American traveler it was a little rough because of no AC in the rooms but seemed to be cooler in the hotel itself. But we brought fans and that helped a lot. Would stay there again. You can’t beat the views!"

"This hotel is only a few steps away from the old town. Its rooftop terrace, for breakfast or evening bar, is without rivals in Salzburg. The only drawback is that its rooftop is so good that lots of non-residents would come for breakfast so the waiters may occasionally overwhelmed. All three staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. "

"Leonardo Salzburg City Center is conveniently situated a five minute walk away from the heart of the tourism sites. The hotel is very clean. The staff is attentive. The buffet is good. There are some nicer restaurants in the opposite direction from the tunnel to the city. Also we were able to catch the bus right in front of the hotel, even to get to the airport at the end of our stay which was very convenient too."

"Überraschend ruhig für ein Autobahnhotel (scheinbar gute Schallschutzfenster); prima Preis-Leistungsverhältnis; schöne große Zimmer, sauber, mit guter Ausstattung, ausreichend Parkplätze, auch mit Ladestationen; man kann durch ein Tunnel auf die andere Seite der Autobahn wechseln, auch mit dem Pkw."
