"Room hadn’t been cleaned properly as we found clothes from previous travellers beside bed as well as dirty tissue beside bed and towel was smeared with excrement.
The lift was being maintained which is fine but our room was right next to the construction meeting point it seemed and the noise was terrible. Couldn’t sit out on balcony at all. Disappointed with stay to say the least"

"The staffs were very nice, friendly, welcoming and helpful.
My room was dirty with lots of insects, the toilet was dirty. Breakfast with no eggs and ham.
12-15 minutes walk to town.

"We had a great 3-night family stay at Whitsunday Terraces in Airlie Beach. The location is excellent—close to everything—and the views are absolutely stunning, which really made the trip special.
That said, the kitchen and bathroom are quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The most frustrating part was the lack of WiFi in the rooms, which was a real inconvenience during our stay.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay thanks to the location and views, but a few updates would make a big difference."

"Thick dust on wardrobe shelves- got all over our clothes so had to wipe them all down.
Lack of privacy on balcony and very loud noise from one of them with a group of men drinking.
Beautiful views, gorgeous pool but weather not in our favour so didn’t use ."
