"Bathroom faucet falling apart. Poor water pressure there and shower. Door security latch broken. . Heater blasts continually no matter how low you set it making room a furnace. Had to just turn it on-shut it off all the time. Plus there was a mysterious continuous drone noise coming from the ceiling area that kept us up. I calledvthe night clerk and he said quote "This is not a five star hotel." What an answer !!! A five star hotel? I wouldnt rate it an asteroid. "

I imagine it impacted the price of the room and perhaps made it cheaper but I would have paid more if I was offered a regular room without the open shower stall. I shared the room with others so I would have liked a closed stall without the water spillage.
