"I loved my stay! The hotel is in a prime location - walkable to happo one mountain and to the happo bus terminal to take the shuttle to other mountains. "We stayed for 17 days. The listing states "ski in / ski out access". This is untrue. The property is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. There are portions of the walk that are unsafe if there is snow in the side of the roads, busses and traffic have to stop and go around pedestrians. The ski shuttle stop is at the resort. "Great slice of cabin in the woods humble abode. Clean and warm. You will need a car with AWD and snow tires if visiting in the winter. Beware though, there are monkeys in the woods and they come out in the warm late afternoon. While they're incredible to see, they're smart so keep your food close, snap some pictures and steer clear of them. "

"I would avoid staying here unless nothing else is available. It was very expensive for the condition and cleanliness of the hotel room. The shower had mold on the ceiling, walls, in the fan vent, and on the curtain. There was dust and debris indicating the room isn't dusted or vacuumed much, if at all.
