"The hotel was perfectly located for our roadtrip. We didn't have to drive into Isle of Skye when we arrived to the area late in the evening. The staff was welcoming and helpful with our late arrival as well. The room was extraordinary. It had a beautiful water view. The vibe at the hotel was quaint and homey. Everything was well maintained and extremely clean. We would stay again."

"I was doing the NC500 as a solo traveller and stayed here as the last stop. The rooms themselves were clean, but keep in mind that there are no towels or quilt in the room. As someone who was travelling light, this meant using my t shirt as a makeshift quilt. "The cabin was lovely, quaint and clean with a gorgeous view. Extra bonus it is surrounded by sheep! Cabin was well equipped with everything you need. "Dale and Fiona were the best hosts! They were SO friendly, brought us a great breakfast of greek yogurt, coffee, cereal and fruit every morning. They also dried our wet clothes for us when we came home soaked and helped us carry our bags up the stairs. We really enjoyed our stay in a very convenient location close to Portree but quiet and lovely w a garden and lots of local sheep and chickens. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable - would recommend this to anyone going to Skye."
