"DONT GO HERE ITS AWFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t expect a fast check in even if it’s pre paid for. the staff take extra long hoping the line thins. Then if you don’t have physical copies of i.d they accuse you of credit card fraud but first you have to wait 4 hours in orders to get that far. Then when you have, say your parents, try and buy you a room they just deny service completely. then walk away. we never said or did anything disrespectful until we were disrespected. Waiting in the lobby...

"The staff was friendly and helpful. But there's only so much you can do to "shoddy." Our first room's toilet could barely flush. The lighting was so bad I had to use a flashlight to read my map. The maid never made up the room, so the next day we had a different room. At least the toilet flushed and the lighting was better. But, overall, the rooms are dark and dingy. "The property is gorgeous with several hiking trails. We walked everywhere. We toured the Glen Eyrie Castle and had a high tea. Breakfast was included and it was absolutely delicious. Every member of the staff made us feel special and welcome . We felt safe while staying here. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. This is my "happy place"."
