"Elevator not working - have to carry all our luggage no help provided,
Bathroom flooding - they said all rooms are pretty much the same
Landline /intercom / phone in room is not working so to contact reception have to go down each time.
The magnetic door keys some times don’t work again the same drill
But it is cheap and close to airport.

"It’s a MOTEL not a HOTEL, if you are looking for somewhere to rest and have your baggages secured, this place would be ideal.
It’s located directly in the town, within less than 2 minutes to the beach, About 6 minutes from front street, back street, boardwalk and restaurants. There was not safety concerns. The images are very accurate. Our room (kitchenette studio) was clean and the appliances were functional, beware there is no microwave. There was parking and the staff were attentive. "

"Upon arrival there was no-one to greet you or to find to help you! I took one look at the place I knew I wouldn't be staying there. It smelt of urine and was disgustingly dirty. I didn't even bother looking at my room."
