"I understood this was a budget hotel and I had to book it at the last minute as my initial hotel booking was cancelled. The place is very run down and bears no resemblance to the photo. What was ok - the air con and the Wi-Fi. What didn’t- pool out of commission; no shampoo or toilet roll; no toilet flush ( had to fill a container with water; tiny shower with cold water; unhelpful owner who had limited English or patience. People really live there. Dirty towel of guest before me was in the closet. Staff is friendly but could explain all the buttons in the room (hot water/airco etv) and be a bit more hospitable."
