"The property is average. They won't provide hot water after 9 am and they just want to make money so they'll charge you 100 for one time. The staff service guy didn't even picked up the luggage while checking out. Overall poor service. "

"This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The staff were cleaning rooms; with beds from multiple rooms in corridors; unclean bathrooms, broken bathroom door. Overall, it felt like not managed by professionals."

"Property is in a very good place on the to of the hill. remote and very good view both sunrise and sunset. i could have been much more neat and clean, both tent and outside. Other than that it is very good"
