"Overall a good place to stay for the location and a lower budget. The room stays cold with the AC, comfy beds with extra pillows, and nice staff. The ice cream shop attached is a nice addition if you want a sweet treat. The rooms could use some detailed cleaning (lamp shades, dusty walls) but the most important parts are very clean. The beach access is across the road, not directly on property. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Worst breakfast I have ever had. Rooms were not clean. They claim they have a pool... no pool. Even after telling them I do not want my credit card to be kept on file, they totally disregarded that. Wanted an extra $50 to "hold" ecen though everything was paid for upfront. Not the best of neighborhoods. Witnessed a hit and run in the parking lot..."

"Breakfast menu was great however the stench of cooked onion never left the hotel.
The room we stayed in had a “funk” it just smelled old. The bed was very comfortable and linens always very clean. The shower was terrible. No water pressure and the shower itself was cracked in a few spots. "

"It was pleasant. The room was not vaccumed and the shower was not cleaned. I believe its new cleaning staff and i told the lady at the front desk. She said she would talk with the cleaning staff and do a better job."

"Desk staff was great. The room had some remodeling upgrades in bath area and was clean. The bed linens need to be replaced. They accept dogs which is something we need. Parking was great and other guests were quiet.
No breakfast is provided. "
