"1. The room smells of heavy smoke even from the bedsheets! This is a smokers room paradise 2. The bathroom clogged up easily 3. The room was so small like a penitentiary cell. Can’t even fit a chair in room ! 4. The short Indian guy at counter extremely rude. Said Wifi in all the rooms the same ! 5. The Wifi was absolutely non existent. Hardly was able to connect 6. I demand one day refund! I only stayed one night & had to leave. That room was toxic !"

"Staff there is very friendly and excellent service. Facilities in room not satisfied cause their TV Channel are bad, water pipe dripping, no kettle provide in room. Have to get thermos at service counter. And limit availability. Also the hair dryer provided in room spoilt easily. Beside hotel have pub. At midnight they singing out loud till 3am. So is quite noisy. Parking space also very limit and dark at night."

"I arrived very late to the property from Kualar Lumpur. The taxi found it a little difficult to find. I was so sorry for the staff member as I woke him oit of sleep as it was about 1.30am in the morning. He still managed to show me everything I needed. Which was so good of him. The room was spotless, floor shiny to the point you can see your reflection in it. The bathroom was super clean. So far it seems very basic necessaties are in budget places of Malaysia. Which means a toilet roll, a little bar of soap, two towels. I think they had shower gel. There was no kettle however there was a hot and cold water dispenser. I like tge cleanliness of the place, you feel it as you step into the property. There is a window, but not much light comes in. It's very close to the airport, and was a good stay."
