"We were nicely surprised that the place is much nicer than expected. It's small but liveable & the AC was so cold! Nice! Easy check in & check out. The kitchen had all necessary cutlery, etc, including dishwashing liquid & hand soap. Very much appreciated as not all places have them! Location good - very near to many places to eat. Would stay again given a chance. "

"This is an old, slightly dirty hotel with staff who don't make you feel welcome. The location is great, but it is very difficult to find parking anywhere nearby. The listing on Hotels.com says "Free Parking" under the amenities, but there is none. When I asked for parking at check-in, the staff laughed. I wouldn't stay here again. "

"1. The location is just 5mins walk to the main road and the Bt Bintang station. The streets are fine, colourful and I still feel safe solo. Still, take care. The alleys are just not too clean if you are particular. 2. The check in was prompt, staff is friendly. 3. Housekeeping staff appears overworked.
