Nice, quiet surrounding area with a Walmart and a gas station within walking distance. Need transportation for night life in the downtown area. Definitely could have used some black out curtains on some of the windows throughout the space. "

"The place was amazing even though it wasn’t completed we didn’t know that the pool is still under construction and a lot of construction going on around us, but the apartment was amazing. The views were amazing clean beautiful new when everything is completed I’m sure it’s gonna be spectacular. Would recommend."

"There was a lot of noise caused by construction. The TV in tge bedroom did not work. We reported it but waa not fixed. Same thing with the toilet. It did not stop running. "

"This house is 1/4 mile from the beach, and has a broken elevator. It’s a 3 story house with a lot of stairs. My husband is a 100% disabled Army Veteran with mobility issues and we left his scooter at home because it said ON THE BEACH! Their explanation is that is is near the beach…so they say on the beach. Ridiculous. Sun Palace Vacations, that manage the house, failed to disclose that there was a broken elevator. They moved us to a 1 story home that was still 1/4 mile walk to the beach. ...
