"Angela was so accommodating and was able to upgrade our stay. Every time we had a question she would have the answers and was very hospitable and welcoming to all of us. The room was clean and beautiful views, quiet and better than we could have imagined. Great location, food and service. We will be back again and again! Give Angela a promotion!! She made our stay memorable!!!"

"This property should be condemned and don’t try to sleep on a bed because it’s a rock. I don’t know how they keep allowing these hotels to claim renovations while running out rooms that are full of mold."

"Our first time to the Keys. This place was nice enough but we are water people and love fishing and being in the ocean. However, the beach area at this place was very brown and had a ton of seaweed. So going in the water in this area was not an option.
Room was very very small and we like to have a closet and and a desk, this place didn't have that at all in the room. Pool looked really nice but we didn't get a chance to use it."
