"The property seems to be a bit beat up. I remember it as a lot nicer. Staff was just OK. Breakfast was the usual...and I picked Country Inn because I thought their breakfast was a bit better than elsewhere. It is not. No toiletries in the bathroom and the body wash in the installed containers in the shower was empty. So, not that impressed by this stay at all. Mattress was comfortable though."

"This was our 2nd time here and enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the overall vibe of the hotel is awesome with the waterfall, multiple hot tubs and indoor patio decks. 1st stay we had a parking lot view- room was quiet and clean. Had a cool rocking chair. This last time we had a room with a balcony. It was really nice to have that extra space. The only negative is it’s a little noisy with the water running and you can hear people talking in the hot tubs below...

"I manager s full two hour stay before, I saw cockroaches crawling around the room! I left my clothes and everything. In the room! A refund for the room.... Doesn't equate me having to leave my clothes! Not just that when I asked for a refund I had to show the staff a video of cockroaches crawling around with all the lights on! Not to mention the stained shower curtains, the AC with black duct tape! Honestly no joke unless you have cockroaches this isn't the place for you!"
