"I like how helpful the staff was they were friendly. I would say far as my room it was OK. My toilet was not clean. I cleaned that myself. Overall the room looked really nice. I did not like how there was maintenance or construction to a room being done near my room and I could not get any rest till later that night. I feel like they should have notified me of that because it sounded like a construction site most of the day. But overall my stay was OK. I enjoyed the area. It was nice to just...

"The ratings did not reflect what we experienced. First I got a message that stated I didn’t pay despite having a receipt showing I paid. Then I arrived and had the pay the amount in full again. We got into the room and the shower water was luke warm while the coffee maker didn’t work. I inquired about we could do to remedy the situation and the front desk said she would ask her manager.
