"1- the staff were helpful so that was the only good thing
2- I got moved in to 2 different rooms, both of them windows never lock
3- there’s a huge sign saying that “ this is a smoke free property “ yet outside near the hotel people are blowing smoke like a steamed train, inside the hotel was even worse than the outside, the whole building smelled like cigarette….
4- my body is full of bumps before leaving that place, coz the beds had some bugs on it, very disappointed, no wonder why it was...

"-The staff were friendly but had computer issues and took over 30 minutes to get me checked in to my room. There was also a language barrier.
-No one answered the phone at the front desk prior to arrival. I had questions on my way there and no one to answer.
- I had a hard time opening the door to my room with the key card.
-The bed was very uncomfortable.
-overall, I would not choose to come back. But we needed a place to stay and it was definitely better than nothing. "
