"The room was clean, and the AC/heat worked. The shower had plenty of hot water & pressure, but the tub and sink did not drain well. Bathroom needs a do-over. Breakfast was terrible. The toaster had no return tray or mechanism, so the toast fell on the counter at the back. No eggs, no tea, food stale, sausage gray from days before."

"Checking in was great and efficient. Staff was very informative and helpful.
The morning after check in we discovered that the bath tub had not been cleaned. Totally unacceptable! When I told the front desk the staff member said she would let the manager know. That is far as it went. It never got cleaned. Would not stay there again!"
