"We loved the location with the balcony overlooking the creek and the animals right there to enjoy. We saw ducks, geese, a groundhog family and even a skunk! The split layout of the room was conveniently arranged to allow personal space for everyone. Parking was adequate and close to the entrance to the building. The bathroom was a bit small. It was clean. Overall a comfortable stay in a great location. "

"Overall experience was good. The only problem we had was the pools had too much chlorine in them which caused 3 swimming suits of ours to look like they were bleached. I told the staff at the front desk so hopefully they fix that issue don’t doesn’t happen to other families. Staff was very nice and friendly. Would stay there again in the future. "

"Our stay was good. This hotel is right in walking distance of The Island Margarettaville and 3 Bears General store not to mention 100's of other things to do on the Parkway. It's close to Dollywood, and only about an hour from Cades Cove one way and Roaring Fork Moter Trail the other way. This hotel also has a very nice pool. Kid and pet friendly."

"I enjoyed my stay in pigeon forge. The hotel did not have conditioner to go with the shampoo. The parking lot was full at night time so it was hard to find a spot. Breakfast was the same everyday, and there wasnt any orange juice but had other juices. The bathroom was very small for a family stay. The hotel was clean and front desk staff was helpful and kind. I felt safe in this area without and issues. "

"This property was amazing for price and amenities offered here. Staff worked hard to make your stay comfortable. Coffee, tea,donuts offered every day. Breakfast buffet at a restaurant is $5 with stay, pancakes are free. Very clean rooms with very comfy bed and pillows. Many things endearing to here like live music and fishing rods for fishing their lake. "

"Only issue we had was the air conditioner is at the.head of the bed and blows directly on you which is extremely uncomfortable for the person sleeping in the bed next to the air conditioner."
