"When we first arrived the check in process was quick and efficient. The hotel looks dated in the lobby but clean. We went to our room and all seemed great. The room was spacious, no bed bugs and seemed clean...until we saw a bit of black mold in one corner of the room. We were going to let it slide since we were only there to sleep until we saw a 12" x 24" patch of thick fuzzy mold growing up the wall behind the chair. "The bathroom was dark and dirty. The sliding glass shower door tracks had mold and soap scum. There was one light in the bathroom and we could see where others were taken out. The toilet paper rod was missing, and the sink was clogged. There was still carpet in the room and it had big stains on it. Difficult to understand the front desk people. Breakfast was OK. This was not consistent with other BW's that I've stayed in."

"First of all, upon entering the room, there was a bad smell; the room was dusty, and there was even a spiderweb on the ceiling. There were no proper curtains—just a thin blind so far too much light streamed in early in the morning, and the bathtub was disgusting. In the hotel corridors, the carpets were dirty and smelled bad, and trash and debris were never cleaned up during our stay. We left a day early; I didn't want to stay in that hotel any longer.
