"It took me a long time to find a hotel to stay in for our few days in London, and I am so happy I picked this one, Location - close to the Tube and a couple bus stops so you can get anywhere you need to around London Rooms - the room was excellent. Breakfast - the breakfast selections were delicious. Instead of a buffet, you ordered four things from the menu and all of it was delicious. I would highly recommend picking this hotel for your stay."

"Great hotel. Staff fantastic. But keeping room functioning properly seems to be a miss. We had broken shower door, no Kleenex, no soap seems like no one was checking. But team had it fixed asap. Also, breakfast wise, coffee not good and specialty eggs mediocre. I have had much better at other properties. But ambiance is fantastic."
