"Easy parking, easy walk to Boardwalk and the pier "

"Big warning! When we checked in, we were told by the front desk lady to make sure we were back in our rooms before dark because of all the homeless in the area. She also told us that we would probably get cat called too, but just to keep walking if that happens so that was the first big warning we just thought the place was outdated, but it's actually not very safe. We heard a lot of banging on the walls about 2 AM and we heard the police come to the hotel and tried to dissolve the issue. The people were arguing, very loud, yelling, at the police.. we went to do an early checkout since we were not going to stay a second night in this place and the lady at the front desk said she could not authorize a refund for the second night that I would have to contact Expedia. Well, Expedia was no help at all and would not give a refund for the second night that we requested. You can't even talk to anybody you have to do a live chat. I do not recommend this hotel and I actually do not recommend a Expedia anymore. "

"You have to pay for parking either to the hotel or metered parking on street. The hotel seemed dated. Not nearly as nice as i had hoped for how much you pay. The bathroom sink had corn stuck in the drain. Room also had an old smell to it. The view was of the hotel accross the street. You had to be on the balcony to see the beach. There are other hotels better priced offer more and cleaner. I would not choose to stay here again."

"Pool water is cold, I chose this hotel to come after hiking, hit the pool and walk by the beach… pool is cold, beach and boardwalk aren’t pet friendly (we have service animal but security kept asking)"
