"Hôtel familial très bien placé, tout près des clubs et restaurants, tout en étant au calme. Les hôtes sont adorables, accueillants, toujours disponibles, on a passé un super séjour ! Les chambres sont basiques mais confortables, petit coin cuisine, belle piscine avec transats à disposition, on se gare facilement à proximité dans la rue. Seul bémol : pas de savon, et mauvaise insonorisation donc quand vous avez des voisins "seuls au monde" vive les bouchons d'oreille !"

"Nice facility and very friendly reception and bar staff however, dim/no lighting especially in bathroom had to use our phone torches, rock solid beds, limited utensils with no soap or sponge to wash up so lack of cleanliness aswell as only changing sheets and towels once during a 7 nights stay. Overall you get what you pay for."

"Great Family vacation. The people at Kastro Beach Apartments are great. The rooms are basic but clean and the facility around it are great. Very close to the beach, with an available outdoor pool and very good food and drink varieties. The nightlife is also fantastic for the Family. "Very nice place for the money you pay. 10 min walk to the main road with shops/supermarket. And 10-15 min walk to the beach. Good walk around in early morning on empty roads."

"The hotel owner and the staff were very attentive and kind. The room was quite clean and was cleaned every day. It was close to everywhere, and we didn’t have any issues with transportation. We will definitely choose this place again for our next visit."

"My wife and I had a lovely stay, the concierge at arrival was very polite and helpful and he couldn’t do enough for us, we had everything we needed for our stay in the room, including a safe and air conditioning, the views from our room over the harbour were lovely. My wife and I would most definitely go back there to stay, and I would like to say the staff are a credit to the owners of the apartments as they do a fantastic job and are very friendly and welcoming "

"Can I say Excellent!!!! Manis and his staff was perfect. I got help with whatever I needed and whatever I didn’t understand as an English only speaker, they were quick to translate and explain.This trip was my first time in Europe and I felt very safe as a solo traveler. I slept with my balcony door open because it was so cool and I never needed the a/c. Yes there is a charge for usage but it was not needed during my stay. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. I would recommend a stay here...

"Excelente relación calidad precio. Lo lleva una familia encantadora y muy amable. Tanto Lida como Giorgios y su madre son excelentes personas, te hacen sentir como en casa. Hay wifi en zonas comunes. La piscina es estupenda. Está bien ubicado en una zona tranquila y agradable del centro histórico de Malia, una zona bonita con muchos restaurantes tradicionales muy recomendables. La playa está a unos 20 mins a pie. "La facilité pour prendre possession de la chambre avec des horaires pour la réception très larges est bien appréciable. L'accueil est très agréable et le cadre bucolique. Rien ne laisse penser de l'extérieur que l'allée principale débouche sur une architecture aussi agréable à l'oeil et autant de fleurs. Il y a des bougainvilliers partout. La piscine est très propre et jamais surfréquentée. L'endroit est familial et reposant malgré quelques avions qui passent au dessus. Nous avons été surclassés...

"Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, posizione ottima vicino a ristoranti, market, tabacchi, alla movida notturna. Per il mare è preferibile prendere la macchina,la spiaggia più vicina è a 15 Min a piedi. Pulizia delle camere tutti i giorni."

"The promity of the property to the beach, pool, restaurant and supermarket is perfect, however some rooms need maintenance. There is no air conditioning or fans available and the WiFi is limited to the restaurant area. The staff are friendly and welcoming, but the property is a little tired. "

"Hôtel inadapté aux enfants, équipement de cuisine pauvre, propreté des locaux decevants, matelas et oreillers en tres mauvaise états, sanitaire pas propre et mal entretenu, jet d'eau faible et reglage difficile du robinet de la douche ( parfois absence de l'eau chaude)"

"We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable apartment with a great balcony. It is not too modern and is great value for money. It was easy to find and very close to the seafront, it has a pretty garden. The host was friendly and helpful. Milatos is a peaceful seaside village reminiscent of Crete 40 years ago, however it has choice of places to eat. We had our best meal in Crete so far at Meraklis Tavern on the waters edge, very good value"
