Hotellets allmänna utrymmen kändes lite slitet och nedgånget, men rummet känes fräscht och nyrenoverat - tyst och lugnt och sköna sängar. Frukosten var något under normalstandard - det mesta man förväntar sig fanns där men bara två sorters bröd, ost och kallskuret var ljummet, kaffemaskinen var ostädad och ofräsch - kan ha varit en ovanlig morgon. Juicen och äggröran var dock bra."

Comfortable rooms with high ceilings giving a roomy feel, shower like a pressure washer, staff that could not be more helpful, and located in the thick of the city, outstanding breakfast. The only downside, which is a really minor niggle, is the fridge in the room was practically pointless, but ice from the bar fixed that problem."
"Rooms were fantastic, clean modern, great views. Loved the property. One thing that stood up was there many amenities available for the guests for free. I took a run with other guests and my kids went vintage shopping. Our guide was a fantastic girl. Her name was Sarah. Made our experience in the hotel very special!!!"

T-centralen (myös Arlanda Express) ja Drottningsgatan aivan lähellä. Vanha kaupunki kävelymatkan päässä. Siisti hotelli, hyvä palvelu, hyvää ruokaa saatavilla Belgobarissa. Aamiainen todella runsas, kuului huonehintaan.
