"Everything is good expect for the bed bug. Honestly I am unsure coz I thought it was a mosquito, however when I was bitten I was inside my quilt. Also the other two guests were not affected. I got 6 bites over the two nights when I covered myself with the quilt, too itchy and swollen and I scratch it to bleeding. Otherwise it was a good stay."

"Strengths: -good value-for-money during off peak season. -good location. 2 to 3mins walk to nearest underground exit and Odori Stn is just there. Good food options within walking distance too. -washer dryer in room was helpful. Instructions provided too. -good sized room, we could open 2 suitcases. -firm bed. Comfortable and slept well. -room has a little area for cooking. New sponge and detergent provided. Areas for improvement: -no blackout curtains or blinds. Light does enter the room quite easily and is not desirable when on holiday and sunrise 4am. -other less important notes: poor toilet paper quality, toilet seat does not have warming function, no water bottles provided. "
