"This was my first trip to Taiwan and I’d highly recommend the Shangri-La hotel. All staff speaks English and are very high-service oriented. "The hotel is close to the train station in Tainan and so we booked it for this convenience. We were able to store our luggage on site both before our room was ready and after we had checked out which was very important to us. The hotel was clean and tidy but the room was quite basic.
