"This hotel is at the top of the hill where the Alcazar is located. Our room was at the back, with a balcony and delightful view. That said, it is a hill to descend to the Plaza Zocodovar and the sites and shopping area. We found it worth it, but those with difficulty walking may want to consider carefully. The entire old town is extremely hilly, so it was not limited to this hotel’s location."

"It was clean, comfy, and had under ground parking (extra fee). Their buffet breakfast was a bit pricey but very nice. About 1 km from sites. So we walked there to the sites no problem. Don’t take your vehicle into the walled part of the old city unless you are a Europe pro driver & parker. "

"Absolutely amazing hotel stay for 2 nights in this beautiful hotel. We stayed in a deluxe double room with a 4 poster bed. Dressing gowns and slippers provided. Plenty of lovely toiletries and a very comfortable bed. We slept well! Importantly, the room also had fantastic air con and when it’s 34C outside it was a welcome sanctuary. Underneath the hotel are beautiful thermal spa baths with a steam room. This was included in our stay and we were served the most delicious tea and biscuits (gluten free was also provided). We cannot praise this hotel and its staff strongly enough. If you are coming to Toledo, stay in this hotel, you won’t regret it :)"
