"I didn’t stay at the property. I intended to make a reservation for four nights at Hotel Plaza Mayor in Madrid, but mistakenly reserved for four nights at the unrelated Hotel Plaza Mayor in Toledo. I called the hotel to fix the mistake, but they refused to refund any of my four nights’ charges, and I had to pay for that as well as four nights’ stay at a different hotel in Madrid."

"First, the staff were very, very nice. Front desk, people along with Juan all were very very kind. The location was very nice. The rooms were very clean and the beds were fine . However, I would skip on paying for the breakfast because if there’s large bus groups, you will never get to the buffet.
