This hotel is located on a floor in an old (to us) building that has been completely updated to modern but still very Italian standards. The concierge was helpful with the doors, but when we needed help because the air conditioning was not on, we had to wait 12 hours to get assistance. So lower marks for sleeping one night without air conditioning."
