"Beautiful modern and clean house with private swimming pool. The villa is over 1 hour away from airport. It’s in a residential area, about 40 minutes away from the Patong beach where most of the nice restaurants and shopping is located. You will definitely need your own transportation to come and go. Electricity was not included (which I was aware) however we only used air conditioning at night and still paid about $60 US for 5 days (rip off). The beds are hard. "The location of this property is incredible. The Villa is right on the beach and the view from the pool, outside pagoda and one of the bedrooms is spectacular. However the property states that is has air conditioning but this is only in the bedrooms and not the communal indoor are (kitchen/dinning/living room) and therefore for our holiday this was absolutely unsuitable as we have a 2 month old who cannot regulate her own temperature and was therefore restricted to one of the...
