"Feels like a former 6 star hotel that's still fantastic, just a touch dated, however fantastic still. Little things like the digital light switches don't work perfectly and are a bit touchy. The furniture is so cool, and the room layout is excellent, the pool is basic as is the gym. The Sauna and Spa would be excellent however I couldn't easily figure out how to use them and I doubt the water heats up immediately. "I stay at this hotel every time I stay in Bangkok. The staff are amazing and immediately fix any problem. I would recommend they replace their bathroom sink faucet because it was not firmly attached to the sink. Also, the shower drain was a bit slow draining the shower water, so cleaning the drains is recommended. I would definitely stay here again. I love this hotel. "

"Very good value for money and big roms with mini kitchen.. perfect for short stays in the heart of sukhumvit soi 11. the only downside is noisy -very noisy street music that they cannot control. so do bring earplugs or noise cancelling earpiones as you will need them! I liked small laundry to do washing "

"A little dated but staff really helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was generally very busy and they could do with a new coffee machine which was slow and filter coffee not filled regularly. Great pool which will be better when bar is opened."
